Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment. In order to accommodate everyone fairly, it is essential to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation. We request that your next appointment is paid in full prior to your session. No shows and same day cancellations will be charged in full. Anyone arriving late will be subject to a shorter session or rescheduling without a refund. Refunds will now be given for the amount of purchase, minus the transaction fee from the credit card company. Thank you for your understanding!
